Had to split time with training the boy, but got some concerted work in.
Warmed up under the bar. Wore loose briefs and knee sleeves. Used B-Ala/creatine mix.
Squat x2@8 lifted a ton and did five sets of two reps. Feel good about it.
Kroc rows, Arnold press, power snatches by the bushel-full.
I'm tired in several ways.
