Some dynamic work to warm up and a fair amount of bar work. Wore
elbow sleeves and light wrist wraps. Used B-Ala/creatine before and
MGPM during and after.
Squat x3@8.5 + -0%: hit 300kg plus all my chains and got one fatigue set
2 count bench x3@8.5 + -0%: 200kg plus one fatigue sets; felt heavy today
DL + chains x3@8.5 + -0%: same as two days ago and one fatigue set
Nothing worked well today. Not sure why, but it just wasn't my day. A little rushed, too, which undoubtedly contributed.
Still a little worn, and work isn't helping. Sorry to be brief.
